Frequently Asked Questions
Does Cin take insurance?
No, Cin is currently private and does not work with any medical insurance. But a detailed invoice of services can be given to submit to your insurance company.

Is gratuity (a tip) included in the service price?
No, the prices listed on the service menu are base prices & do not include gratuity. For those who would like to leave gratuity, a “Massage Gratuity Guide” has been provided below:
Gratuity average for massage therapy
(based on the industry start point of 20% – Jan 2026)
60 min massage – suggested gratuity $25 – $35
90 min massage – suggested gratuity $30 – $45
180 min massage – suggested gratuity $45 – $60
Please know that gratuity in any amount is always deeply appreciated & accepted with a full heart of Gratitude. In the event that gratuity cannot be extended due to financial reasons, Cin asks that you extend an act of kindness to another human being, plant or animal when you are able.
How can I assist myself & my therapist to have the best possible service?
- Arrive 10 to 15 mins before your scheduled appointment time so you have time to park, ground in, discuss your areas of focus and disrobe to get on the table
- Arrive hydrated, drink plenty of water w/ trace mineral electrolytes or a pinch of pink himalayan salt leading up to your service
- Please shower or bathe on the day of your massage (as this is just kind to your massage therapist) and helps to leave a fresh scent in the room for our next guest. Warm water also helps soften & prepare tissues for your body work
- TURN OFF YOUR PHONE! this means even from vibration notification – you can’t answer your phone when you are face down in a massage and the vibration notification (buzz buzz) will stimulate your nervous system out of the Theta state that you are paying to create. Even if you are on the table for an invigorating massage, just turn your phone off so you can enjoy this brief getaway in your day
Does Cin still take one-on-one Holistic Consultation clients?
No, however, she is still available for hire to do a Holistic Health Talk in a public or private venue
Does Cin work with injury healing?
Yes! If you are healing from an injury we can use cupping and hot / cold therapy to help comfortably speed up your healing process (see Hot / Cold Therapy w/ cupping for Injury Healing on our service menu!)
Does Cin offer Lymphatic Massage?
Not currently, Cin has traditionally offered this service for many years but will be updating her training in this modality soon so she can stay current & provide the most up to date service for you. She will offer this service to the menu again soon!
Does Cin do events?
Yes! contact her at (562) 350-1806 to discuss your event needs
Can a CinsVision massage improve sleep?
After almost 6 years of practice, Cin has received countless reports from many clients that sleep has dramatically improved after a 90 or 180 min session.
Have to Cancel
Life happens! If you have to cancel for any reason, Cin asks that you do so within 24 hours of your scheduled massage date & time. Call or text as soon as possible so we can free the room of your booked time and allow it to be used by another client or practitioner.
Running Late
If you are running late you will be charged for the full amount of your massage & any time lost must be subtracted from your time on the table.
On time means arriving at least 10 mins before your massage time so we can check in with you and allow you to de-robe and get on the table.
