Receiving services from CinsVision is an agreement to the following:

CinsVision Hold Harmless agreement dictates that massage is not a substitute for Medical care and & therapists do not diagnose, prescribe or treat physical or mental illnesses with the intent or implication to cure.

Cindy Nelson, owner/proprietor of CinsVision has the right to immediately end a service for any reason at any time & has the right to refuse service to anyone.

Inappropriate behavior will not be and should not be tolerated by either party.  A client expressing inappropriate behavior does not hold the right for a refund even if the behavior was displayed at the end of a full service.  Inappropriate sexual behavior during a service will result in the immediate end of the service and will be immediately reported.  

Cindy Nelson of CinsVision respectively vows to honor & ensure that all HIPPA information is kept confidential in accordance with all applicable laws.

Liability/ Hold Harmless: A client agreeing to CinsVision services agrees to not hold the massage therapist or their business responsible for any injuries or damages, including those caused by ordinary negligence.

Cindy Nelson & CinsVision is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
